SAA 5(1) To the king, my lord: your servant Bel-emuranni. Good health to the king, my lord! (4) As to the rumour about which the king, my lord, wrote me, I have sent out scouts but they have not yet come back. (8) While waiting for them, [I am submitting] the ki[ng, my lord], this report. (Break) (r 2) They should give it and b[ring it to me]. (r 3) Or if it is not to be ... and there happens to be a man in his company he can dispense with, let them give it to him, and let him bring it. (r 7) A cavalryman should be there to guard him.
