SAA 6(1) Se[al of Adad-naṣir], (cylinder seal impression) (2) [scribe] of [the house of Aššur-le'i, owner of the gar]den and the man [being sold]. (4) [A vineyard in] Si[ngara, in the house of Ištar, 1,000 vi]nes [within it; an estate] of two hectares of land; [a grove of oak trees; an estate] of 6 hectares of land, [including] a m[eadow], [a seed-cor]n house and a house; (Break) (r 1) [He shall place x minas of refined silver and one mina of pure gold in the lap of Ištar] residing in Ni[neveh, and shall return] the money te[nfold to its owner]. He shall con[test] in his lawsuit [and not succeed].…
