SAA 16(1) To the king, my lord: your servant Nabû-ra'im-nišešu. Good health to the king, my lord! May Nabû and Marduk bless the king, my lord. (6) Šar-uarri, a [... from] the town Luli[...], a servant of the king, [my lord, has appealed for] the intervention of the king, my lord. (Rest destroyed or too broken for translation)
