(1) 10 shekels of silver belon[ging to] Kubaba-eriba, at the d[isposal of] Issar-tariba, at the disposal of Šumma-ilu, at the disposal of Remanni-Issar, [...]. (6) They shall pa[y] the silver on the 1st of Tishri (VII) in its original amount. (8) If they do not pay, the silver shall increase by a fourth. (Rest too broken for translation)
