(Beginning destroyed) (1) [Whoever in the future, at any ti]me [lodges a complaint and break]s [the contract, whether NN] or his sons [or] his [grandson]s (or) any relative of his, and [se]eks a lawsuit or [litigation against Ṣalmu]-ahhe, [his sons (and)] his [grand]sons, (Aramaic caption: Deed of Issar-tariba.) (r 3) shall place 10 minas of [refined silver (and) x] mina of [pure] gold in the lap of Ištar [residing in Nin]eveh, and shall return the money [tenfold] to its owners. He shall contest [in his lawsuit] and not succeed. (Rest destroyed)
