High confidence(i 1) E-ana-tum, ruler of Lagaš, who makes the foreign lands submit to Ninĝirsu, subjugated Elam and Subartu to Ninĝirsu. (ii 4) He built the temple of Tiraš and made it resplendent for him. (ii 7) E-ana-tum, who submits to the orders of Ninĝirsu, is someone, who has no opponent throughout all lands by the might of Ninĝirsu.
